Throwing the stones at ourselves?
It's been almost two months since I started this blog (wow), and I have yet to cover a topic very close to my heart. That topic? Homosexuality. I think people love to judge others, yet they won't stop and look at their own wrongdoings. For some reason, Garrard County seems to be a literal hotbed for hypocrites. They preach about homosexuality being wrong, yet have premarital sex and drink constantly. And I have to wonder: Why are the people who live in glass houses, the ones who love to throw stones? It's a little known fact that none of us in this world are perfect. It's just funny that some people still think they're above everyone and can pass judgment on whoever they choose. I know many guys who balk at the idea of two guys kissing, or even hugging, yet talk about how great it would be to watch two chicks go at it like wild boars in heat. And exactly how is that logical? Anyone? Didn't think so. There are so many things I'm unsure of in life, and it should be very easy to tell from this blog. But one thing I am sure of is that love is love. It makes no sense to me that I can't marry someone I love, even if he's a guy. But you have people like Britney Spears, who marries a guy and divorces him all in less than twenty four hours. How is that fair? And then there are those who go on a reality show and get married, when they barely know the person they're making vows to. Before God no less. It's quite funny, though, that I'm the one who's condemned. Makes TONS of sense (not!). I think that if everyone would stop judging others, and looking at his or her own flaws, it may open their eyes to a lot of things they haven't been paying attention to before. To me, love is love. It doesn't matter what race, orientation, gender, religion, or any other factor that may be a part of who you are. I believe love defies the all boundaries of reality. And I'm not going to deny my feelings. Because I refuse to settle for anything less than butterflies.

so my question here is, do you want opinions on this topic?
or confirmation that your "right"
because you're sure to get both.
personally i disagree and you know this.
i know i do things that contradict my own beliefs, and i'm ready to be held accountable for those things.
though you make valid points, i still don't think homosexuality is right.
and i don't think those who don't believe it is right should be forced to "accept it".
