Confessions of a Teenage Insomniac
So it's like 3:30 in the morning and I can't sleep. Ever since I got my laptop I'm in this horrible habit of staying up between the hours of 2AM-5AM and sleeping between the hours of 1PM-4PM, which is soooo not good for my health or body. But tonight I'm taking action. My plan is to stay up all night and day today so that way by the time night rolls around I'll fall right to sleep. It will be a challenge because, for some reason, tonight I really want to go to sleep now. It's probably just my mind doing this though, or my will power being tested. However, this is the only way that I know to get me back on track. The brain really isn't functioning right now so I think I'll stop writing and feel you in whenever I have gotten sleep and I'm on a good sleep schedule. Goodnight everyone. I'll be sitting here.
